1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Blue Dome LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our ride services and vacation rental hosting services operating in Colorado's Peak-to-Peak community. By accessing our website, booking our services, or using our transportation or accommodation services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services. Blue Dome LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

2. Services Offered

Blue Dome LLC provides two primary services in Colorado's Peak-to-Peak community:

2.1 Ride Services
  • Airport transportation to/from Denver International Airport
  • Event transportation to Denver Metropolitan area venues
  • Event transportation to Boulder area venues
  • Local transportation within our service areas
  • Transportation in Tesla Model 3 vehicle
2.2 Vacation Rental Hosting Services
  • Management and hosting of vacation rental properties
  • Guest services and property maintenance coordination
  • Local area assistance and recommendations
  • Property booking facilitation through Airbnb platform
2.3 Service Areas

Our services are primarily available in the following ZIP codes:

  • 80466 (Nederland)
  • 80471 (Ward)
  • 80474 (Allenspark)
  • 80422 (Rollinsville/Black Hawk)
  • 80403 (Empire)

3. Ride Service Terms

3.1 Booking and Scheduling
  • Advanced scheduling is recommended for best availability
  • Bookings are confirmed upon verbal or written agreement
  • Service times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Flight tracking is provided for airport services with dynamic pickup coordination
3.2 Vehicle and Capacity
  • Transportation provided in Tesla Model 3
  • Maximum capacity: 4 passengers with carry-on sized luggage
  • Back seats fold down to accommodate longer items when needed
  • Vehicle is regularly maintained and cleaned
3.3 Pricing and Payment
  • Airport Service: $125 (includes all tolls, taxes, and fees)
  • Denver Metro Events: $300 (3-4 hour events)
  • Boulder Area Events: $200 (3-4 hour events)
  • Local Service: $125 (within service areas)
  • No additional fees for flight delays on airport services
  • Payment due upon completion of service unless other arrangements made
3.4 Weather and Road Conditions

Mountain driving conditions can be challenging. While our Tesla Model 3 is equipped for various weather conditions, service may be delayed or cancelled for safety reasons during severe weather events. Alternative arrangements will be discussed when possible.

4. Vacation Rental Terms

4.1 Property Management

Blue Dome LLC manages multiple vacation rental properties in the Nederland area. Each property has specific terms and conditions that supplement these general terms. Property-specific rules will be provided upon booking confirmation.

4.2 Booking Platform

Vacation rental bookings are primarily facilitated through Airbnb. Guests must comply with both Blue Dome LLC terms and Airbnb's Terms of Service. In case of conflict, Airbnb's terms take precedence for booking-related matters.

4.3 Property Access and Check-in
  • Check-in instructions provided prior to arrival
  • Self-check-in via lockbox or electronic lock systems
  • Local host (Reid) available for assistance during stay
  • Emergency contact information provided for urgent matters
4.4 Property Rules and Conduct
  • Quiet hours and noise restrictions apply
  • No smoking inside properties
  • Pet policies vary by property
  • Maximum occupancy limits strictly enforced
  • Guests responsible for property condition and cleanliness

5. Booking and Payment

5.1 Booking Process
  • Ride services: Contact by phone (720) 891-2475 or email
  • Vacation rentals: Book through Airbnb platform or direct contact
  • Bookings confirmed upon agreement and payment arrangement
  • All details must be accurate and complete
5.2 Payment Methods
  • Cash, check, or electronic payment for ride services
  • Vacation rental payments processed through Airbnb
  • Payment due as agreed upon booking confirmation
  • Late payment fees may apply for overdue amounts
5.3 Pricing Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, confirmed bookings will honor the agreed-upon price unless significant changes to the service are requested by the customer.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Ride Service Cancellations
  • Cancellations with 4+ hours notice: No charge
  • Cancellations with 2-4 hours notice: 50% charge may apply
  • Cancellations with less than 2 hours notice: Full charge may apply
  • Emergency cancellations considered on case-by-case basis
  • Weather-related cancellations by Blue Dome LLC: No charge
6.2 Vacation Rental Cancellations

Vacation rental cancellations are governed by Airbnb's cancellation policy and the specific policy set for each property. Cancellation terms are clearly stated during the booking process.

6.3 Force Majeure

Blue Dome LLC is not liable for service cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, vehicle mechanical failure, or government restrictions.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Insurance Coverage

Blue Dome LLC maintains appropriate commercial insurance for our business operations. However, customers are encouraged to maintain their own travel and personal property insurance.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUE DOME LLC'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE IN QUESTION.

7.3 Property Damage and Loss
  • Customers responsible for damage to rental properties
  • Blue Dome LLC not liable for personal property loss or damage
  • Report any issues immediately to minimize liability
  • Security deposits may be required for certain services
7.4 Personal Injury

Customers participate in all activities at their own risk. Blue Dome LLC is not liable for injuries that occur during transportation or accommodation, except where caused by our gross negligence.

8. User Responsibilities

8.1 Accurate Information
  • Provide accurate contact and service information
  • Notify of any special requirements or accessibility needs
  • Update contact information if changes occur
  • Provide accurate guest counts and service details
8.2 Compliance with Laws
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
  • Respect property rules and local ordinances
  • Use services for legal purposes only
  • Report any illegal activities to appropriate authorities
8.3 Respectful Conduct
  • Treat drivers, property hosts, and staff with respect
  • Maintain appropriate behavior during service
  • Respect other guests and neighbors
  • Follow all safety instructions and guidelines

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Blue Dome LLC services:

  • Illegal drug use or possession
  • Excessive alcohol consumption that impairs judgment
  • Smoking in vehicles or non-smoking properties
  • Loud or disruptive behavior, especially during quiet hours
  • Damage to vehicles or properties
  • Harassment of staff, hosts, or other guests
  • Unauthorized parties or events
  • Exceeding stated occupancy limits
  • Using services for commercial purposes without agreement
  • Bringing prohibited items (weapons, illegal substances, etc.)

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of services without refund and potential legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Blue Dome LLC website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Blue Dome LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

10.1 Use Restrictions
  • Content may not be reproduced without written permission
  • Blue Dome LLC name and logo are protected trademarks
  • User-generated content (reviews, photos) may be used for marketing
  • Property photos are used with permission from property owners

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Communication First

12.2 Mediation

If direct communication doesn't resolve the issue, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Mediation will be conducted in Boulder County, Colorado.

12.3 Arbitration

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through mediation will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Colorado state law, conducted in Boulder County, Colorado.

13. Modifications to Terms

Blue Dome LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13.1 Notification of Changes
  • Major changes will be communicated via email when possible
  • Users encouraged to review terms periodically
  • Significant changes may require explicit re-acceptance

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate courts of Boulder County, Colorado.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any service-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Blue Dome LLC.
