Frequently Asked Questions

How far in advance should I book ride services?
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance for best availability. Same-day requests are considered based on schedule availability. For airport services, we suggest booking when you book your flight.
Do you provide rides outside your service areas?
We primarily serve the Peak-to-Peak area (ZIP codes 80466, 80471, 80474, 80422, 80403). Special requests for nearby areas may be considered with additional fees. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How do I book vacation rentals?
Most of our vacation rentals are booked through Airbnb. You can also contact us directly for availability and booking assistance. We manage six beautiful properties in the Nederland area.
What's your cancellation policy?
For ride services: 4+ hours notice = no charge, 2-4 hours = 50% charge may apply, less than 2 hours = full charge may apply. Vacation rental cancellations follow Airbnb's policy and individual property terms.
Do you provide transportation for vacation rental guests?
Yes! Many of our vacation rental guests also use our ride services for airport transfers, restaurant trips, and local attractions. It's a perfect combination for a car-free mountain vacation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and electronic payments for ride services. Vacation rental payments are processed through Airbnb's secure payment system, which accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
